Finding A Super Villian

This can be a hard one. If you start to patrol every night, you'll start to notice things that go awry. Hot spots for your various low grade villian will be around: schools, pawn shops, the poor section of town, and around gambling areas. You'll want to keep your eyes open for drugs, murders, burglaries, and other crimes. Try to keep in mind that a lot of low-grade villians work for high-grade villians (your super villians).

When going up against your high-grade villian, you'll want to have the following:

Ammo - Whether it's throwing stars or bullets or paint balls. You don't want to run out.
Audio or Video Recorder - Get the sucker's confession on tape! The cops will be nicer!
An OUT - Yes, a way out! If it gets way too dangerous, you have to find a way to leave without being in a body bag.
Police - That's right, you'll want to call the police unless you have no information to pin the villian. Remember, there has to be evidence or the police can't do a thing.
Handcuffs - Yes, you'll want handcuffs or something that will secure your villian.

After taking care of a few villians, you will more then likely find yourself a full fledged high-grade villian. It just takes a little time. Just remember, it's okay to call in for extra help. If you need extra help, you might want to check out the Hero Directory.
